Based in Singapore and London, Screentone is a film collective dedicated to setting in motion more international co-productions, and developing fresh talents with unique storytelling voices. Sometimes the magic and absurdity of life get overlooked – Screentone aspires to articulate them.

Kew Lin
Writer-Director
Kew Lin is a Singaporean writer-director with the attitude of a contrarian and an obsession for absurdity. He co-wrote Love Possibly, which received the Best Screenplay Award at the Sochi International Film Festival, and co-write and co-directed an offbeat comedy series called 1000 Cups to Midnight. His recent feature film as co-writer, Dream Stall, is currently in post production. His short films have travelled to festivals such as Oberhausen, Aesthetica, Short Shorts and more.
Kew is currently developing his debut dark-comedy feature, Free Admission, which was given the Special Mention Award at Berlinale’s Talents Tokyo and received the Next Masters Support Program grant.

Angelina Marilyn Bok
Producer
Angelina Marilyn Bok is a Singaporean producer and National Film & Television School (NFTS) MFA graduate. An alumna of Berlinale Talents Tokyo, International Film Business Academy (AFiS) and Rotterdam Lab, Angelina joined the New Asian Producers Network in 2020.
Her recent credits include serving as Associate Producer on the Sundance-premiered horror In My Mother’s Skin (Amazon Prime Video) and Producer of The Old Man and His Car, which toured prestigious festivals including Tokyo, Singapore and Taipei Golden Horse before its theatrical release. Her work is defined by a decade of development and creative producing experience, and a passion for cross-cultural cinematic collaboration.
